Please note that on the day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 3:00 PM onwards.
All our accommodations are equipped with a Digit-Code System, so our physical presence will not be necessary at check-in. You will receive a personal access code to enter on the keypad next to the door, allowing you to access the apartment independently throughout your stay. To send you the access code, we kindly ask you to provide the ID documents of all guests included in the reservation, as required by current regulations. These documents must be sent no later than 2 days before arrival. Based on this information, we will calculate the exact amount of the city tax, which must be paid in advance via a secure payment link.
The city tax must also be settled no later than 2 days before arrival. The payment link will be provided accordingly. Once we have received both the documents and the city tax payment, we will send you the access code so that, on the day of your arrival, you can access the apartment independently.
